Instructions:
- In the “From” field: Please put your name and email address
- In the “To” field: Please put the residents’ first and last name with this email address: AMartinez@lutheran-living.org, and Alissa Martinez, Director of Life Enrichment, will be honored to print the e-Card and personally deliver it to the resident.
